“General” registration is $799 per person before May 30, 2023 and $899 per person after June 1, 2023. However, to assure that everyone has a seat at the table, we are offering built-in convention discounts to “micro” businesses: companies with less than 10 full-time employees.

• A handful of registration grants will be available and depend on sponsorship registrations not utilized.

• If you are interested in funding grants to help small businesses and LGBTQ nonprofit members attend the convention, please email flocc@outcoast.com.

• Please keep in mind that this convention is primarily educational and offers several opportunities for networking within Florida’s tourism and LGBTQ leadership community. FLOCC is designed to help your brand better understand the specifics needs and challenges around LGBTQ tourism topics. The majority of attendees are hotels, DMOs, and attractions in Florida. As such, we highly encourage hotels and attractions to ATTEND the convention rather than sign up for a vendor booth.

• A Vendor Booth includes a 6′-8′ table, a tablecloth, two chairs, and two vendor passes.
• If you need electricity please select that upgrade option at checkout.
• Important: Prices DO NOT include FLOCC registration or FLAMBOYANCE gala tickets. Convention registration and gala tickets must be purchased separately. We encourage you to register for the convention to enjoy full all to all convention activities, including meals.

• Join us for entertainment, special appearances and celebrations at our first annual FLAMBOYANCE Gala as we honor the accomplishments of inclusive tourism companies and LGBTQ organizations throughout the sunshine state.
• In keeping with the theme, we request that you wear pink and/or teal. Most importantly, dress as your authentic self! This is not a formal event! It’s meant to be fun and celebratory.
• A portion of proceeds will benefit LGBTQ nonprofit organizations in areas affected by the 2022 hurricane season.
